The card bears a blind embossed sun at the head above the printed text "The President of the Republic of China". Signed in bold black fountain pen ink below the printed text. The card has been neatly matted in black, alongside a 5 x 7 photograph of Chiang Kai-Shek showing him in a close-up portrait wearing his uniform, to an overall size of 12 x 8.
