В целом хорошее состояние. Номер извлечен из подшивки, следы брошюровки, потрепанность, мелкие надрывы по корешку. Продольный надрыв между двумя листами. Перегиб пополам, потертости по перегибу, надрывы. Надрывы в центре верхнего листа. След от магазинного штампа и магазинная помета на верхнем листе. Пятна на нижнем листе.
Выходили в 1918–1919 годах. В 1918 выходили как бесплатное приложение к газете «Вооруженный народ», Петроград.
