Section I-II: published from a manuscript that was found in the house of the philanthropist Rabbi Akiva Lehrn of Amsterdam, with correction of errors, references and editings. Printed by the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta: Chanina Lipa and Yehoshua Herschil Shapiro, Zhitomir, 1862.

With owner's stamps of the advocate Dr. Mordechai Buksbaum (1897-1959), the legal advisor of Agudas Yisroel and the deputy-mayor of Jerusalem.
Partly detached binding, the first title page is detached with short tears to the sides of the leaf, good condition.
