Baskakov Nikolay Nikolayevich (1918, Astrakhan - 1993).
During 1933-1939 studied at Astrakhan Art School, then at Institute named after I.E. Repin (1945-1939). Worked under his diploma project under supervision of B.V. Ioganson. Started exhibiting since 1943. His works are in the Kazakh Art Gallery.
