Shulchan Aruch HaRav, by Rebbe Shneur Zalman of Liadi – the Baal HaTanya. Zhitomir, 1869. Six parts in four volumes.
This edition was printed based on the Zhitomir 1861 edition. Vols. I, III and IV state that the printer was R. Avraham Shalom Shadov, while in vol. II, the name of the printer is R. Yitzchak Moshe Bakst.
Vol. I (Orach Chaim, part I): [7], 5-125, 130-161, 161-168 leaves. Vol. II (Orach Chaim, part II): [3], 239 leaves. Vol. III (Orach Chaim, part III): [3], 133, 127-134, 143-158, 161-227 leaves. Leaf 225 bound back to front. Vol. IV (Yoreh De'ah, Choshen Mishpat and responsa): [2], 202 leaves. 20 cm. Condition varies, good to fair-good. Stains. Tears to several leaves, including open tears affecting text in several places. Worming affecting text (extensive worming to vol. IV and to some leaves of vol. II). Stamps and handwritten inscriptions. New bindings.
Vol. III of this edition is not listed in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book, nor is it found in the NLI.
