Journeys around Finland from the Ladoga Lake to the river Torneo : travel notes of Iakov Grot, Saint-Petersburg, Krashen- nikov and K°, 1847, XVIII, 242 p., 6 ill.,19.
Edition contains beautiful xylographs, including works of Seryakov. Elegant leather binding with gold-tooled arms of coat in a centre of a cover, super ex libris on a back. Triple red stain edge. Dedication from Grot to Baroness Marie Dupont-Delporte on a title page (in French). His autographic letter to the same recipient is interlaced in a book (2 pages, 31 May/12 June 1857, Tsarskoye Selo, in French).
