The partially printed document approves the appointment of Mr. G. T. MacEwan to be the Consul General in London for the Republic of San Marino. Countersigned at the foot by Ernest Bevin. With blind embossed seal. The manuscript text and signatures are just a touch faded, although perfectly legible.
