The fourth edition was printed at the plant of EMI in the summer of 1963 – January 1964. Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Front laminated cover, with large “mono” on the front panel. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd." printed at the start perimeter print and "Recording first published 1963" label and first published 1963. Tracing-on the tab “Use Emitex”“use Emitex” Tax code "KT".
