The partially printed document bears to the heading Lefebvre´s name, in his capacity as General and Chief Commandant of the 17th military division, being an order calling for meeting of the council stating `..in order to judge Bernard Dozcon accused of desertion..´ With blank address leaf and remnants of former seal to the border.
