Signed in bold dark inks by several British Prime Ministers, with their names alone, comprising MARGARET THATCHER (1925-2013) British Prime Minister 1979-90; EDWARD HEATH (1916-2005) British Prime Minister 1970-74; JAMES CALLAGHAN (1912-2005) British Prime Minister 1976-79; JOHN MAYOR (1943- ) British Prime Minister 1990-97, and TONY BLAIR (1953- ) Prime minister of the United Kingdom 1997-2007.
