A good L.S., «Paul«, in Cyrillic, as Emperor, with a full holograph sentence beneath in his hand, stating `Take them to the Moscow Palace«, one page, 4to, St. Petersburg, 14th February 1800, in Cyrillic. The document being a decree stating `We order to have one Captain of the Palace, one Chamber Quartermaster, two Stewards, three Chamber Lackeys, six lackeys, twenty StockersÉ at our Moscow Palace, including current servants in same number. Salary, clothes and other maintenance expenses should be paid to all of them by our Court ChanceryÉ« A good and cleanly written document in very fine condition. VG £2000-3000
