The letter bears a blind embossed crowned monogramme of the ''Fredensborg Slot'' the palace residence of the Imperial Russian family in Denmark. Alexander III states `Here at Fredensborg, Danish policemen without uniforms are permanently following us. We chase them almost every single day, but each time they start again their promenade behind our traces. Give them the order that this do not happen ever again.
