A certificate on parchment from the "Agudat Hazionim" by the name Yaakov Yoselevitch from the City Mendoza which is in Western Argentina-1932- It was given as a blessing to a friend Rabbi Avraham Shaul Beigel honorary president of the Agudat Hazionim of Mendoza. He was appointed as the cohen, butcher and checker before the circumcision for 22 years before him making Aliyah to Israel
The certificate is signed by members of the congregation of the Mendoza community. 4th day of Adar 1939
