Cover slightly worn, chipped to spine ca, 2.5 cm, to lower right corner,
to rear cover to top and bottom each side ca.1.5 cm.
Yellow-brown paper, some foxing to first and last pages.
An anti-Marr pamphlet by J. Perinhart, a Reform Jew, who attacked Marr's pamphlet on the grounds that it falsified the reality of Jewish economic life: Perinhart argued that Jews were primarily artisans, and that the connection of Jews as essential to the emergence of capitalism was false.
Friedrich Wilhelm Adolph Marr (1819-1904) was a German journalist. He
was the first to propagate anarchism in the German-speaking world. In 1879 he coined
the term anti-Semitism and founded the first anti-Semitic political
Association: the anti-Semitic League.
