CASSATT MARY: (1844-1926) American Painter, one of 'les trois grandes dames' of Impressionism. A.L.S., Mary Cassatt, one page (folding letter card), 8vo, Paris, 10th June 1913, to Achille Segard, in French. Cassatt writes to her biographer regarding some reproductions and some of her paintings at the house of art dealer Michel Manzi, evidently in association with a book being prepared by her correspondent. The artist also informs Segard that she plans to leave for the country soon and remarks 'I have some photographs of myself.' Hand addressed by Cassatt to the verso.
