Elizabeth I (1709 - 1761) - Russian Empress from the Romanov dynasty, the youngest daughter of Peter the Great and Catherine I. She remains one of the most popular Russian monarchs due to her strong opposition to Prussian policies and her decision not to execute a single person during her reign, which was marked with the establishment of Moscow University and the unprecedented luxury of the royal court.
