COLONIAL INDO-CHINESE SWORD WITH SILVER MOUNTS
An Indo-Chinese sword with carved handle decorated with lotus flowers, bearded and plant characters. Silver mounts featuring repousse design, engraved with flowers, foliage and animals, with two inverted quillons. Curved blade with a groove. Wooden scabbard covered with shagreen leather, three silver fittings with embossed design in suite. Ca. second half of the 19th century.
