ROSSINI GIOACCHINO: (1792-1868) Italian Composer. A good A.L.S., Rossini, one page, 4to, Florence, 27th March 1852, to Gaetanino, in Italian. Rossini is about to leave his home in Florence and gives specific instructions stating in part ´I am sending sixteen cases.. we will be arriving to Bologna on Wednesday.. Will give instructions to receive the cases and place them in the hall entrance, in the room next to hall and in the granary.´ Rossini is expecting visitors who are interested in buying some of his belongings and wants to have everything in perfect order for such occasion saying `..Monti will come to see the coach, I hope that all the leather parts will be repaired and in perfect order and that Peretti has been working on the few small repairs of the four wheels coach…´ Very small overall, minor age wear, otherwise VG £1000-1500
