Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1960) was a Dayan, Av Beit Din, an arbiter, one of the founders of the Chief Rabbinate, a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem between the years of "Herzl" And 1936-1960.

Rabbi Akiva Sofer-Schreiber (1878-1959) was rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva, the last rabbi of Bratislava (now the capital of Slovakia) before the Holocaust of European Jewry and the fourth of the Pressburg Rabbis Members of the Hattam Sofer family, a member of the Council of Torah Sages, was named after his halachic treatise, the Da'at Sofer, and upon his immigration to Eretz Israel after World War II, he re-established the "Pressburg Yeshiva" in Jerusalem.

Rabbi Hezekiah Eliezer Yehuda Finkel (1877-1965) was the head of the Mir Yeshiva in the town of Mir and was re-established in the Land of Israel. Member of the Council of Torah Sages of Agudath Israel.
