BRANLY EDOUARD: (1844-1940) French Physicist. Known for his early works in wireless telegraphy. A.N.S., `E. Branly´, one page, to a 5 x 4 card, Paris, n.d., to an unidentified correspondent, in French. The printed card being Branly´s professional card ''Docteur Branly - Laureate of the Science Academy, - Electrotherapy..''. To the front left border of his card, Branly sends his congratulations on a lengthy note to his correspondent for his important work achieved at the head of the Catholic Institute. VG
