Vladimir Fedorovich Ovchinnikov (1890-1973) - architect, poet, playwright. He studied at the Warsaw Polytechnic, then at the St. Petersburg Institute of civil engineers at the faculty of architecture and engineering. Student Of Leontius Benoit. He designed a number of buildings in Leningrad, Murmansk, Astrakhan, Petrozavodsk, and other cities.
