Far-Eastern Arts Academy graduate. Member of the International Women's Association of Artists "Flowers of the World" (Russia, Japan, China, South Korea, Australia).
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
In its artistic essence, the art of Lydia Kozmina represents a pictorial and graphic book of her magical travels: for a long time Lidiya had lived in China, and visited some of the most interesting places of Asia. Already in the beginning of the 90's the artist started depicting in her works mythical space and time. Particularly her attention was focused on ancient folklore and folk prints, on biblical subjects, captured in icon painting and medieval book miniatures.
