Baikov Leonid Petrovich (1919 – 1994).
Painter, master of landscape genre, genre paintings and portraits. Studied at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin in the workshop of Professor Mikhail Avilov. After graduation he worked in the workshop of the Academy of Arts of the USSR under the direction of A.M. Gerasimov. Participated in exhibitions since 1939. Member of the Leningrad Union of Artists since 1953. Baikov's works are in museums and private collections in Russia (State Tretyakov Gallery, State Russian Museum), France, Japan, Great Britain and other countries.
