Bernadsky Valentin Danilovich (1917 - 2011).
People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR, People's Artist of Russia, Honorary Member of the Academy of Arts of the Russian Federation, Honored Art Worker of the ARC. Master thematic paintings, portraits, landscapes, still life. One of the founders of the "Crimean school" of painting. Studied at the Academy of Arts Professor A.P. Eisner, Leningrad Art School. In 1940 he entered the Academy of Arts. Member of the Second World War. In 1950, a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1951, he has participated in city, regional, all-Union and international exhibitions. Works are in museums and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, USA, France, Holland, Great Britain and Japan.
