Ufimtsev Viktor Ivanovich (1899, Barnevka village, Ural – 1964, Tashkent).
Artist and graphic artist. Since 1917 attended courses of painting and art under Omsk Working Institute of Practical Knowledge. Worked as an artist in the Red Army club. Member of artists department under the Rabis Union (1920). Founder of the Omsk Artists Group “The Three of Hearts”, member of the artists union “New Siberia”. Since 1923 lived and worked in Uzbekistan, gave lessons at Tashkent Art Institute. One of the founders of historical and revolutionary genre in Uzbekistan. The artist’s works are exposed in many regional museums.
