Fedotov Viktor Valentinovich (born in 1950, Solnechnogorsk, the Moscow region).
Got the artistic education in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. Member of Moscow Union of Art since 1987. Participant of the All-Union, republican, Moscow and zonal exhibition since 1982. Personal exhibitions were held in Moscow (1989, 2004), Belgrade (1989, 1998), New York (1997, 2002), France (2002). The works are exhibited in many regional museums.
