Shaposhnikov Innokenty Pavlovich (1901–1960)
Graphic artist, children's illustrator, poster artist. He studied at the Art College in Kharkov. Before the war, he drew a lot for the Murzilka magazine. With illustrations by Kesha-Proskuryakov, in 1940 the book “How the Old Man Driven Death” (O. Ulitskaya, I. Vinokurov) was published. The author of military posters: “We will give three or four weeks of earnings to the State War Loan of 1942. By signing a friendly loan to a fascist, we will finish off the vile one! (1942). "Down with the German fascist robber-invaders, bloody enslavers of the peoples of Europe, sworn enemies of the freedom-loving peoples of the world!" (1942). “Don’t let black grouse get close to the grain – harvesting will be without losses!” (1947). The original posters are stored in the Scientific Library of the Russian Academy of Arts. In the post-war period, he continued to illustrate children's books and magazines, in 1948 the book "Count-ka" by N. P. Konchalovskaya and V. Lebedev-Kumach "About smart little animals" was published, in 1949 - the book by Sergei Mikhalkov "Uncle Styopa". He designed children's board games, the publishing house "IZOGIZ" produced children's postcards based on the artist's drawings: "Uncle Styopa" (1955), "Horse" (1956), "In the Garden" (1956), "Goalkeeper" (1958).
