Akhobadze Mamiya Appolonovich (1933-2010)
Georgian painter and teacher. Member of the Union Artist of the USSR. Honored Artist of Georgia. In 1954-1960. studied at the Tbilisi Academy of Arts. Lived and worked in Tbilisi. For about 40 years he worked at the Department of Art History of TSU and headed the Faculty of Secondary Professions of the University. The artist's works are in private collections and museums in Georgia, Russia and in private collections abroad.
