Zavyalov Vasiliy Vasilievich (1906–1972)
Soviet industrial graphic artist. Known as the author of postage stamps. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1968). The work of V.V. Zavyalov is represented in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, and the State Russian Museum; The artist’s circulation posters are stored in the Scientific Library of the Russian Academy of Arts.
