Honored Artist of the RSFSR, Professor of Painting. AI's son. Savinov. In 1934-1940 he studied at the Academy of Arts in the studio of A.A. Osmercin. Member of All-Union, All-Russia, Moscow and regional art exhibitions. He was appointed artist of the Baltic crew. The artist's works are in the State Russian Museum, in many regional museums.
