Zvezdkin Yu. A. studied at Moscow Secondary Art School named after N.V. Tomskiy (till 1948), then at Institute of Arts, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin (1948-51) under R.R. Frentz and at Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surickov (1951-54) under P.I. Kotov and V.G. Tsyplakov. During 1954-57 lived in Novosibirsk. Since 1955 participated in exhibitions. His one-man show took place in Moscow, 1972. Created numerous landscapes, such as “Over the Kama River” (1955), “At the River Bank in Yuryevets” (1956), “The Beginning of April” (1958), “Water Distances” (1971). The artist’s works are exposed in many regional museums and private collections.
