The full member of the Academy of Arts of USSR. The People’s Artist of USSR. The corresponding member of the Academy of Arts of GDR. A painter, graphic and monumental/decorative artist, and a sculptor. The Vice President of the Academy of Arts of USSR (1962-1966). The creations of А.А. Deyneka are kept in collections of the Tretyakov State Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Kursk State Gallery of paintings and in many other major museums.
