State Publishing House "Art" is one of the largest Soviet publishing houses that has published books on art criticism and aesthetics, the history and theory of fine art and architecture, theater and drama, film and photography, television and radio broadcasting, collections for amateur performances, plays, film scripts, and albums. In the 1990s, the publishing house “Art” was reorganized into a state unitary enterprise of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Press, Broadcasting and Mass Media.
