Honored Artist of Russia. In 1950 he graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, Faculty of Art. Since 1939 participates in exhibitions. In 1952 he was admitted to the Moscow Union of Artists. The works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, in the State. Museum of History, State. Museum of the New History of Russia, Museum A.S. Pushkin, the museum-panorama "Battle of Borodino", Perm Art Gallery, etc., in the collections of the CIS, Europe and America.
