Item/Description: Impressionist landscape features a sailboat passing a cliffside village. Printed tape on bottom with artist's name: Yarnall Abbott.
Charles Yarnall Abbott (American, 1870 - 1938) photographer and painter who studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and at the Académie Colarossi in Paris, France. He was a lawyer for ten years before becoming an artist. (Port, Harbor, Village)

Condition: Very Good. Colors vivid and crisp. Surface use and age wear includes scuffs, scratches to frame.
