Binding worn, tears at the spine; splits block for bookends; have undergone restoration [reprinted reproduced by way of the title sheet and insert of notes]; the loss of leaves on the free endpapers and on page 31, not affecting the text; on the flyleaf inscriptions in ink, pencil; on nachsatz trace of erased pencil drawing, lettering; significant time and household stains to pages; print Maritime library in Kronstadt, and inventory numbers.
