The first lifetime edition and at the same time the second and last book of poems.

[It is the 1900s that are considered to be the beginning of the creative path of A. N. Tolstoy. This is a period of persistent communication with already famous writers and poets, apprenticeship with them, the time of the first publications in literary almanacs.

In 1907, the first book of his poems "Lyrica" was published, which did not become popular. The poems of the novice poet were obviously imitative, even weak, and looked like pale copies of the best works of symbolists. Tolstoy himself was aware of his fiasco, but in 1911 he published a new collection of poetry – "Beyond the blue rivers" – which he did not renounce until the end of his life. Russian Russian folk art is the result of my first acquaintance with Russian folklore, "the writer said.]
