[Yevgeny Nikolayevich Efimov (1874 -?) - Russian criminologist, associate Professor of criminal law at Moscow University. 

Master's thesis on criminal law "the Nature of crime: a Methodological study. Part I. natural Science theory" was defended in 1915.

Repressed in 1922 by the Central Federal security service of the Russian Federation. - "The case against Patriarch Tikhon".

                                                YEFIMOV E. N. - to the IPCC and CUBA 

Yevgeny Nikolayevich EFIMOV, born in 1872. Graduated from Moscow University. He lived in Moscow and lectured at the University; since 1919, he was also head of the educational part of the workers ' faculty at The Marx Institute of national economy. On the night of 22-23 

March 1922-arrested at his apartment and imprisoned in Kiselny; charged with "agitation against the decree on the seizure of Church valuables". 

March 27, 1922-at the request of the head of the legal Department of the Moscow Political red cross, a teacher at the Institute of national economy, N. Ronyasina, filled out a "Questionnaire" for him, explaining in the "Special comments" column the reason for his arrest.

«SPECIAL NOTE

On March 12, 1022, Mr. Yefimov was invited to a Church meeting of the parishioners of the kadashev Church, on the B < olshoy> Ordynka. Priest Smirnov asked him to hold a meeting, to be the Chairman, pointing out the lack of a suitable person. Ye. N. Efimov agreed, yielding to the request. At the meeting, it was decided to offer a ransom for Church values, taxing parishioners, and the resolution was sent to the Central Executive Committee. 10 days later, Efimov was arrested.

During the search and arrest of me on the night of March 23, I was seized the manuscript of a scientific work ("Introduction to the philosophy of criminal law. 

Methodological analysis of the basic concepts of criminal law") and a number of notebooks with scientific and literary notes. I request to The Commission for the < best > b<yta> u<Chen> to support my request, initiated through the administration of the Gor < od> ar < estny> house, for the return of the specified manuscript and materials, t < AK> K < AK> they are exclusively scientific in nature.
