Vladimir Pavlovich Zelltner (Pavlov) (April 26 , 1926 , Kiev, Ukrainian SSR - April 3 , 1998, Moscow, Russia) was an artist and art critic originally from Kiev.

In 1950, he graduated from the Kiev Institute of theatrical art named After I. Karpenko-Kary. In 1949-1956, he studied at the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv state University.

In the 1980s, he worked at the Central house of artists in Moscow.
