Purchasing jewelry and gems: The auction house provides a description of the diamonds and gems to the best of its understanding and based on the knowledge and experience of the auction house experts. However, the auction house does not undertake to accurately describe the items in terms of stone size, color, level of cleanliness, condition (including description of defects) and whether it has undergone treatment or painting and the buyer is responsible for inspecting the diamonds and gems before sale. For the avoidance of doubt, no option will be given to cancel the purchase of jewelry, diamonds and gems or return them after purchase, even if the description does not match the item.
In this auction like the previous auctions, unsold items are not offered for direct sale after auction ends! please bid and participate during the auction!
The sale commission is 20% + VAT on the commission only. in a week time from the auction.
A fee of 5% will be added to late payments.

New customers who have participated a few times in auctions will usually be approved with a limit on the amount you can offer at least initially. If you want to raise the amount or remove the limit, you are welcome to contact us by phone/mail.
In this auction to Israeli clients, payment will be possible directly upon completion of the auction (the second part)
You will receive the invoice for payment and then you can choose the requested shipping method.
Please note the different costs: courier delievery as well as the different registered shipping costs depending on the weight.

Buyers from abroad will receive an invoice within a business day from the end of the auction including the shipping cost for the items purchased and will be able to pay online by credit card.
We only use the Israeli Post services or DHL (more expensive).
Shippments can be choosen in one of forward options:
1. Registered shippping (Israel post) prices:
Up to 2 kilo at a cost of 28 NIS
2-5 Kilo cost 35 NIS.
5-10 kilo cost 40 NIS
10-20 kilo cost 50 NIS
2. Courier mail of Israel Post for a package of reasonable size (up to 50X50X50 cm) and up to 20 kilos at a cost of only NIS 45. (Warranty and insurance according to the terms of delivery of Israel Mail packages only!)
We try to get the deliveries out of the gallery within two business days at the latest. The delivery time of the items depends on the Israeli post and global post work. Each buyer who pays on delivery, will receive a detailed email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking on the mail site accordingly.

A customer who confirms the delivery of items, will take into account that the warranty will only be in the event of loss until the cost is covered by the postal services only ****
In cases of complecated items and fragile items, the auction house may take an additional cost to ensure the proper packaging of the items.
With certain items, large or particularly complex items, the buyer will have to coordinate collection from the Auction House.

Rachmil Bryks (1912-1974) is a poet and writer of Jewish origin, translated into Swedish, German, Hebrew and Polish. Biography Rachmil Bryks was born on April 18, 1912 to Orthodox Jewish parents in Scarzisk (today in Poland but then in the Russian Empire). He published his first book, a collection of poems in Yiddish, Yung grin mai, in 1939. The German invasion condemned him to live in the Łódź ghetto where he continued to write until his deportation to Auschwitz. He survives in the ghetto under the most trying conditions. Rachmil Bryks lost almost his entire family during the Shoah and one of his brothers, a survivor of the annihilation, was killed by Polish nationalists just after the end of the war. He emigrated to the United States in 1947 and settled in New York. He continues to write in Yiddish. At his home, he refuses to speak a language other than Yiddish. His work is haunted by the war years, the Łódź ghetto and his "slave" status in the Auschwitz camp. S. Morris Enge, who translated most of Bryks 'work into English, writes that Bryks' work is that of a sefer (a copyist of the Bible). The transmission of what was the Shoah is like a sacred writing. His best-known work is a collection of short stories, Oyf Kidesh Hashem, published in Yiddish in 1952 and translated into English its title: A Cat in the Ghetto: Four Novelettes in 1959. Briks when he speaks of the annihilation of the Jews of 'Europe refuses to talk about the Holocaust or the Shoah, it prefers the Yiddish term of Khurbn, the language of victims. In his essay My Creed, he asserts that Stalin's anti-Semitic policies in the late 1940s which resulted in the destruction of Jewish cultural sites, the ban of Yiddish, and the assassination of Jewish intellectuals on the night of the murdered poets is also part of the Khurbn. Moreover, for him, the Shoah is not a rupture in Jewish history but is part of the continuity of the persecutions that the Jews have suffered in their history. In his work, Rachmil Bryks uses a style not devoid of dark and desperate humor to describe the feeling of absurdity felt by beings pushed to the limits of their physical and moral resistance. He also evokes the dilemmas encountered by Jews in ghettos and camps as to the attitude to be taken in the face of the Nazis: to act or to submit, to preserve one's dignity by resisting or to seek only to survive. His short stories end in a prophetic style reminiscent of the lamentations of Jeremiah where the author compares the destruction of the Jewish places of life to that of the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. A Cat in the Ghetto: Four Novelettes rose to fame in the Anglo-Saxon world and the eponymous short story was even adapted for cinema in 1970.
