Stamp on the flyleaf 'הק' יואל צבי ראטה'. This the Holy gaon and wonder worker Rabbi Yoel Tzvi Roth abd of Tissa-Salka, grandson of the holy Rabbi Yoel Tzvi Roth Rav of Chust author of Shut Beit HaYotzer.
Flyleaf page is rehabilitated. Title page is a bit brittle. The rest of the pages are in a very good condition.
