The first regards from Nietra! Awe-inspiring letter handwritten entirely by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Sholom Moshe Ungar of Nietra to Maran the Sheves halevi, about transferring the remains of his father the holy Gaon of Nietra.
A lengthy awe-inspiring letter, reflecting the storms of the time, the first regards from Nietra after the terrible Holocaust by the great Gaon Rabbi Sholom Moshe Ungar Av Beis Din of Nietra and successor of his father Maran the holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel David Ungar the Rav of Nietra, to one of his greatest disciples Maran the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner - the future Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin and Rav and Av Beis Din of Zichron Meir, while he served as Dayan of the Beis Din of Jerusalem.
In the letter, which begins with several lines about the situation of Yisroel during the last years and the shattered world which is being rebuilt, the son and successor of the Gaon Av Beis Din of Nietra asks for the Halachic ruling of Maran the Sheves Halevi, who was close to Maran of Nietra and one of his beloved disciples, whether it is permitted to move the remains of his father from where he was laid to rest in 'Paltishan' to Eretz Yisroel.
A second question pertains to the Rav of Nietra's brother, the Tzaddik Gaon Av Beis Din of Pishtian who was buried in Sered and whether it is permitted to move his remains to Pishtian, where he served as Rav, or to Eretz Yisroel with the remains of his brother, if it is permitted by Rabbi Wosner.
Historical, Halachic letter containing an important question during the most terrible period about the burial of one of the Geonim, Tzaddikim and leaders of the generation.
Appearing on the letter is also a Kvitel written by someone to Maran Rabbi Wosner and Maran Rabbi Wosner's handwriting for a prayer for one of his disciples.
