Rabbi Yosef ben Rabbi Avraham Shaltiel (passed away in 1863) a disciple of Rabbi Yehoshua Hacohen Prachya. Served as Dayan, Darshan and Chazan in Salonika. Author of the sermon book Yosef Avraham on the Totah which was published in his lifetime.
