Warning proclamation issued by the leaders and rabbis of the Sephardic communities of Jerusalem to the communities abroad in which they caution them from giving donations to "people who pretend to be emissaries." The proclamations bear the stamps of the Rishon LeTziyon Rabbi Yaakov Meir, Rabbi Yosef Elyashar, Rabbi Yosef Mordechai Halevi and Rabbi Raphael HaKohen Shaki.
