SOVIET POSTERS FEMALE HEROES OF THE SOVIET UNION
A very rare and unique 1978 dated Soviet "poster series" on females who were recipients of the "Hero of the Soviet Union" award. This award was the highest military award in the Soviet Union, and was the Soviet equivalent to the US Medal of Honor.
