MID CENTURY INDIAN BABU PAINTING BY JAMINI ROY
Jamini Roy, Indian, 1887 to 1972, tempera on board painting depicting a portrait of a man with a hookah, entitled Babu, circa the 1950s. Signed lower right. Jamini Roy was honored by the Government of India with the award of Padma Bhushan in 1954.
