14k Marquise Sapphire & Diamond Ring Dark blue sapphire ring (sapphires may be synthetic) features a marquise cut center @ 5.2 x 10.2mm surrounded by 18 diamonds measuring approx 1.3mm and has 2 pear cut sapphires with gold top lattice work, one sitting on each side of primary stone. Ring is a size 5 3/4. Ring weighs 4.48 grams.
