Старик Елена родилась в 1970 г. в городе Янгиуле Ташкентской области. В 1993 году окончила Липецкий Государственный Педагогический институт. С 2002 является членом Союза художников России. Член Московского объединения художников «Солнечный квадрат» с 2006 года. С 2011 года - член международного художественного фонда г. Москвы. С 2013 года - член МСХ. Член союза художников ЮНЕСКО. Провела около 10 персональных выставок.
Работы художницы находятся в частных коллекциях в России, Америке, Испании, Германии, Франции, Голландии.
