Van Lowe Acrylic on Panel French Street Scene
Acrylic on panel of French street scene signed "Van Lowe" in frame measuring approx. 22.5" W x 30.5" H OD. Painting has minor paint loss and frame has wear and a fracture along the bottom (see photos).
