Sapphire and Diamond Pendant. There is approximately 1.40 carats of baguette-cut, genuine blue sapphires in this heart pendant made of 14 karat yellow gold. There are round, brilliant-cut diamonds to accent the center. The pendant is approximately 7/8" diameter. This is a preowned, estate item that has been certified and appraised for $2,200.00 estimated retail replacement value!
